Biorhythm - The Timing Of Sleep, Water, Sugar, Sun and Sport

Hello mango munchers, 

since today I will be making shorter blog posts and focus more on getting the message out there with more consistency and being more concise and on point.

Sleep Timing

So first let´s get into sleep. We are designed to have 12 hours of night 12 hours of dalight like in tropical areas where we evolved. However some people take it as they can go sleep at midnight and wake up next day at 10 and they would be alright. This is simply not true because then you don´t produce enough melatonin which is mostly produced before midnight. 

Then you can run into psychological or other health issues. Therefore I always recommend people to go to sleep around 9 in the summer time and around 8 during winter time and wake up 10-12 hours later. Simple as that.

Water Timing

When you wake up you should drink at least 1 litre or 1 quarter of water. Then you should always drink enough so you peeing clear 10-12 times a day and around 3 times per night. This sums up to peeing once per hour. A good rule that I follow is to drink some water every time after I pee and also before each time I plan to eat. You should drink most of your water per day before evening not in the evening like many people do. 

Eating Timing

With eating is simillar. You should get most of your calories before dinner time. For breakfast and lunch you should have eaten more than 2/3 of your calories, not like many people in today´s society. Also you should ALWAYS have breakfast. Even if your body is not used to eating big breakfast it is very very benefitial to have big breakfast. Then your day will be much more productive and energetic. 

Grazing Over 3 Big Meals

I personally prefer to graze all day long vs having 3 big meals. I understand that in today´s society it is almost impossible to do that especially if you have a fulll time job and are busy all the time. However rushing and eating fast will decrease the absoption of nutrients because you are not chewing you food much. Therefore do you best to eat slowly and comfortably.

Sun And Sport Timing

Sun and exercise are related together. The best I found is to get outside in the morning after your breakfast (some people prefer before, but it´ s usually high intensity exercise) and do you favourite activity for at least 1 hour or 2.

You can also go outside in the afternoon like I do to get that sunshine with vitamin D and serotonin which helps you to fall asleep. I don´t recommend evening exercise because your body will elevate cortisol levels when exercising which makes it more difficult to fall asleep or eat straight afterwards.

Create Income That Allows You To Live This Biorhythm

And finally to get into healthy routine like this most of the time people need to quit their jobs because they simply can´t follow this biorhythm with it.
