I just came back from nearly an hour of riding my bike. I live in Gympie, a town comprised mostly of hills. I have been doing raw the last three days (slipped up a bit today though:( ), and my energy has gone through the roof already. I got up at 5 this morning, have gone driving and worked, and now come back from my ride, and I still feel like I could go for a run. LOL. The benefits of fruit are amazing.
I am gonna try keeping a blog of my cycling. My goal is to prepare for a bike trip, and get super fit. If anyone has any tips that will help feel free to share.
