So Here I am, thinking about my health and general state of my body. Not particularly happy. I have a lot to be thankful for admittedly, live in a country free of political turmoil with loads of opportunity. Relatively healthy.
Now while I'm certainly "care factor zero" when it comes to body image, as a massage therapist, I'm also aware that posture and body shape affect health and fitness levels - both of which I would like to improve, should I look better as a result of improving the functional parameters of my body, well and good.
Having messed around with raw for the last couple of years, I have an idea of what works for me. So now it's time to get serious! Low Fat Raw Vegan here I come. starting today 17th May 2011.
Current status: 79kgs, 37% bodyfat, 56% water - the last 2 readings come from a "body fat weight scale" I bought off eBay. No idea how valid or accurate the last 2 readings are, I just know the weight part is relatively accurate.
waist measurement: 97cm - I plan on trimming this by 10cm at least
Main source of fruit until bananas come back will be watermelon and dates, aiming to start with 2500 kcals, once there moving up to 3200 kcals.
