+ i'm SOOOO happy... - will my Baked Beans portion be enough protein just out of interest...?

The symptons wasnt good with me; i was getting diahorea (sorry), mucus, the metabolism was all over the place..i just knew it wasnt right - i was talking to a mate who's been vegan for eons & was quite 2-way about it saying well you could see what happens in the future (towards) going back to it...but it seems to have 'worn away' at my body...

The initial feeling aint too bad...

I also reckon it was bulking me up as well.

I keep hearing FL & DR in the back of my mind...lolz...

As long as you're eating enough (3K minimum for gents, 10grams carbs per lb of bodyweight) you're getting plenty of protein.

hooray! the first week was the worst for me. i was addicted to cheese and it was hard to give up. but once you get over the initial cravings you will start you realize that you feel AMAZING without it.

i caved and had a slice of pizza a few weeks after initially giving up dairy. it made me bloated, gassy and nauseous and i had bubble guts for a day or two after. that's when i REALLY decided to never eat it again. it's strange how when you eat it all the time, you get used to feeling like crap and you think that is "normal". it's such a difference eliminating it from your diet. you will only feel better and better from now on, i promise! stick with it! i used to be the biggest cheese-addicted vegetarian to ever live, but now i firmly believe that dairy has NO place in a healthy diet.

have you tried unsweetened almond milk? One whole cup only has about 3g of fat, i believe (about the same as soy milk) or you could try making banana milk... blend one banana with enough water to give it a liquid consistency... you can make it as thick as you like :D

On another level - Oats with water (concrete LOL) is HELL ! - im gonna to substitute/vary it in some way..to make it more palatable...lol
