ok so totally fell off the wagon but I enjoyed the benefits of this lifestyle before so i definitely want to try it again!
I joined Tarah's fruity freeze challenge in January and for the most part stuck to it. had a few bad days but i'm pretty proud of myself. one of the best things was having breakfast every day! i used to skip breakfast all the time but making myself wake up in the morning with time to make a super yummy smoothie has been so great! my next step is the consistently go to bed earlier to make this easier!
I'm back into her challenge for February and i hope to to even better.
my family is going to Costa Rica next january!! so i'm totally excited!! and it's definitely giving me motivation to stick with this lifestyle. i want to slim down, get more active this summer so i can truly enjoy myself in paradise!!
