30 Bananas a Day!

So I bought a treadmill at less than half price at the store because I bought the floor display, and I am loving running every morning. As mentioned in a previous post, I didn't exercise regularly. Well now I jog on the treadmill 30 minutes every day. I have not been sore once (thank you fruit!) and I am getting toned and in shape SO MUCH FASTER! I always thought that the exercise didn't matter that much, but I have the energy now to workout and I am working out like crazy and I am getting amazing results! :) 

I am currently jogging 1.5 miles + with a warm up and a cool down. When I feel the need to walk, I bump the incline way up. Its been great! I feel fantastic and everyone keeps commenting on how I am starting to look really good! :)
