For the past few days I've been eating a LOT of grapes. I've missed eating grapes. I'm not tracking my calories, per say, but I know that 1.5kg of grapes = approx 900cal, and that 1.2kg of bananas = the same, so I'm just weighing things up and having massive mono meals of 1000 x 2/3 times a day, throwing in a salad at the end of it.
Haven't cut out a big cooked meal at night, but...
NO OVERT FAT.
I am seeing "improvement" in my skin, as in I still have detox acne EVRYWHERE in places I've never had it before, but I've noticed that the acne I had two months ago, (little bumps all over my forehead), is disappearing!
This has been replaced by little bumps and cystic acne on my cheeks and jawline, as long as I'm healing I'm persevering. I am going for looooong walks whenever I can, but not doing any cardio, this is something I'm going to change, I was adding in a couple of runs a week, but was getting out of breath and really pushing myself, so think maybe just power-walking might do the trick :)
Anyway, my mood? Well, It's all in my head, and this weekend my fella came up, and everything was absolutely perfect, I wore little to no makeup and still felt confident that he found every inch of me attractive, he finds the person underneath my skin most attractive.
