I love bananas and I eat at least 20 daily for start in the winter. I have been told by my friends that my potassium levels will be elevated which will affect my heart. They think I only need half of a banana to meet the potasium needs for a day. I eat 100% raw foods and I exercises at least one hour daily rebounding, cycling, weight lifting, joggong etc. I have not notice any side effects and my husband eats like I do so I am asking for your input.
