ALWAYS have a back up plan: buckwheat

Hi everyone! I'm doing really well. My body is still healing but I increased my calories a bit more.And it's paying of I guess. I just keep pushing with every meal. Just add a bit more to it every time and its working. I have had trouble finding a good back up for fruits though. But I tried buckwheat flower and it works! It doesn't give me bloating or digestive issues. Sure it doesn't give me power and great feelings like fruit do. But I really need something to go to when, I have no money or fruits. I'm really happy I found this amazing low fat seed. Yes it's a seed. I've been feeding if whole to my doggie and boyfriend for ages but like that it gives me constipation. Now the flower I can handle, so I can make a vegan pizza base from it with some steamed veg on top.

Keep on pushing friends. This livestyle is amazing. I'm feeling better then ever. Also I added more greens into my life. I haven't been eating them over the years that much because I was concentrating on getting in the carbs. But now I have enough fruits during the day. I crave my salad at night and really miss it when I don't have it. With some nice tahini lemon dressing that is. I also have some overts every day. Like coconut, chia, tahini, avocado or hemp seeds. Around my period I crave them a bit more so I have a bit more. I feel like I am all balanced out now. But I avoid the dark leavy greens. I've had a spinach overdose and passed out with a horrible migraine. Must have been from the oxalates. My stool was green for almost 2 weeks!
