I'm running my very first race this Saturday, and it will be as a fruitarian (principally fueled by the amazing bananas of the canary islands).
I'm seeking advices for the race.
I have a GPS + CF watch to help me, but I don't really know how fast or at what cardiac frequency I should run.
I know durianrider advice not to eat for 3+ hours before the event. Any other advice is welcome :-)
