My skin originally started clearing for a little bit when I went back to eating fully clean, but then it has gotten worse. This usually happens for me every time i give up the junk, but this has been very different. My skin is sooooo bad. Probably the most pimple I've had in my life (and I've had skin problems since high school if not earlier). Right now I am overt free and eating mostly dates, nanas, and drinking 1.5-3.5 liters of pasteurized oj a day and salads as often as I can. Bananas and dates are supposedly inflammatory, but I've thought about it, and I don't think they would cause my skin to be like this. So, I am challenging myself to go without the oj for at least two weeks (might as well just make it to the wff without it since its getting so close!!). Oj has turned into my McDonald's. It's cheap, I get pretty full on it, and with my job, it's nice to be hydrated. Lunch will be my biggest challenge to get through, especially since I had too many fruit flies, so I've been trying to keep my house fruit free this past week. I might end up having rice in the evening as well in these first few days without nanas. I'm not sure which is the lesser of two evils. Hopefully I'll get some pics and see how things progress!
