after taking some time to establish myself here in Toronto I've finally organized life in a way that i can be 100% raw even on a student budget. My last relapse was on 9th of January 2013 and i made it a day to remember because on that day i decided no more cooked food for me it's just not worth it. I really feel best when i'm 100% raw and now after almost a year of being 80/10/10 i feel like i'm starting to get a hang of this and for the first time i went to a restaurant with a friend and had the guts to order a salad with no dressing I'm so happy with that achievement. I've learned a lot about my body and what it needs (still learning!) and only now i'm starting to notice those changes that i wanted right away in the beginning of the diet and begun to understand what the long-term people say "be patient, it takes time" and you know what? it really does, when they say "you need more calories or more water" yup makes the whole difference in the world, a lot of learning and patience is involved and i'm very happy with myself right now with what I've achieved in the middle of this brainwashed society and to know there's a lot more to come i'm happy and eager to see what's coming.
I'm also happy that i have inspired people around me and that my parents joined me on this, their life improved so much and even though i'm far they are still trying their best because they know they feel great and i'm proud of them and of what they have achieved under so much social pressure.
So bottom line of what i learned until now
be patient, be informed, be motivated, know what's important, listen to your body and don't give up!
just thought i would share this :)
All the best
