So my very first blog post ever.... I never considerd myself as someone who is good at writing, probably because it was always kinda hard for me at school and so on...
I just wanted to talk a bit... I went vegan in may 2015 and I'm loving it. I had a bit of a hard beginning.. after beeing very motivated and everything I fell back into old habits. It was octoberfest time (I'm from Munich, Germany) and we had so,e friends at the house... I ate everything... milk, eggs, meat.... I felt sooo bad afterwards but couldnt stop for 2-3 weeks.... I got back om track again, luckily!
As bad as that was, it also helped me... since that time I never had any cravings for animal foods.... it just felt so bad, I got constipated and gained quite some weight, my skin got bad.. the whole thing, and my body seems to have trouble recovering from that... but I can really understand that ;)
Now I really want to eat less and less oils and more whole floods amd fruit... I'm always so motivated in the evenings and than the next day ... i dunno.... I really should clean out my cupboards... but I live with my boy-friend, he is not vegan and doesnt even want to eat healthy .. that makes it really had for me becauss I get tempted so easy ! I need to find some strategies how to avoid that... guess I should also carb up some more...;)
So end of rant :D really thinking about doing the 30 days raw till 4 from freelees e-book... maybe I can find some nice people on here that wanna do it with me ;)
