30 Bananas a Day!

A bit sheepish (crashed out after day 17)

Well, I must admit to falling off the banana wagon on Day 17. I barely ate any fruit over the weekend either.

I'm going to start by updating my daily journal up to the point where I mess up, then follow that with this morning's journal where I list why cooked food is SUCH a bad idea.

 

Monday 4 July: Day 13, 89.0kg

Tuesday 5 July: Day 14, -

Need to eat MORE!

Picking up box of dates this morning

Napped at midday. Weird.

Took all day to down my dateorade

 

Wednesday 6 July: Day 15, -

Sleeping great, steady energy, feeling positive, starting to feel joy in my heart

Thursday 7 July: Day 16, 88.6kg

avo-vegetable nori rolls. Too fishy.

Nori goes against my instincts so I didn't eat much.

Fruit is the winner!

Friday 8 July: Day 17, -

Teeth getting whiter

Messed up! Had cooked food. Regretted eating it.

Tummy hurt, dehydrated, tiny headache, woke up 12:45am and couldn't get back to sleep til 2:30am.

Harley is right, chronic undereating = cooked foods for sure!

Weight gone up. Feel puffy and bloated and crappy. Sinuses blocked up.

Monday 11 July. 90.0kg

Ate cooked food over the weekend. Felt SO awful last night - severe tummy pains, bloating, dehydrated. Now I think I know how colitis feels. Can't sleep much. Took ages to get to sleep then woke early.

Anything other than fruit makes me feel like crap.

I realis I don't even want cooked foods anymore, but I needed carbs cos I was undereating.

In August, I'm going on banana island!

But starting today, I'm back to dateorade and oranges. I'll go to the shops and buy as many bananas as I can with my last $50. Jacob eats so many!

Going to read more of The China Study today too.
