Shoulda got 100!
I had to take a health assessment for insurance purposes at work. They docked me a point for having too low HDL cholesterol and for not eating "enough grains."
I'm debating telling them the dangers of eating grains and pointing out to them that "low" HDL is not bad unless you have high LDL (at least that's how I understand it).
And they don't even check for the important stuff like Vit. D and B-12. Oh well, the rest of the world will come around someday!!!
