1. Banana "cream" pie - This time 2 bananas blended with a plaintain and one banana cut up.

5. Grapefruit orange juice with celery and spinach. Big salad with broccoli, pepper, sunflower seeds, and sundried tomato pesto dressing (no fat). One date with brazil nut.
They say the first 2-3 days on these programs are often the toughest, so I'm past that. I think a challenge is to keep enough variety that I don't rebel against the salads. Not a big greens lover and it shows in my protein numbers.
Also working to include enough celery to make the sodium numbers. My cramp-inclined calves and feet are a little more antsy the last couple days, which I'm wondering may be related to the decline in sodium. I'm getting plenty of potassium!
