7 Months Raw ~ Day Three ~ Fatigue?

Is fatigue normal at this stage? Im not like...wiped out or anything..but I just feel kinda blah. I don't have any energy to do anything...Is it just detox? Maybe...my body getting used to digesting all this fruit???

Day three of 7 months 90% raw, vegan lifestyle.

Breakfast - 2 medium oranges, 3 bananas.

Snack - 4 bananas

Lunch- 3 medium oranges

Random- 1 Banana

Snack- Brown rice(150 cals), 2 bananas

Dinner- 3 small green apples

2 more bananas. (Im turning into a monkey I tell you )

I was thinking "O_O" when I saw "doc"....heh....But I think it may be a little early on to do a blood test...I want to wait a week or two on raw to see if the syptoms go away, If they don't Ill go get a blood test :D

it really pays to go the doc (and believe me i rarely promote this) and get some bloods done. that way you can see if you are missing nutrients, if so, you need to calculate your intake to ensure that you are meeting your requirements. i too thought i was eating heaps but then learnt that i was low on zinc, after i did my calculations i realised i needed to eat more.

That is somthing I hadent thought about..I havent had a green smoothie in 2-3 days...maybe thats what was causing some of my problems.

i had fatigue yesterday was my day three went away as soon as i had a generos green smoothie of bananas and baby spinach.keep up the good work!

I've seen a dozen or so books describing this...fatigue, sometimes form long time (many decades) vegans and Raw--the point of book is it went away "overnight" with green drinks. All should work, Wheat grass or wheat sprout (not the same) juice should do it quicker and more intensely.
I've been drinking (and growing) it for 35 years, used to drink a quart a day, now 8 oz. (I always take 1-2 days a week off from it, and none while traveling, use Chlorella--not as good nutritionally, but nearly so.
Right now, I'm living on a 100% human flesh diet. (That just occurred to me on day 12 of my water only fast).

I guess your right.:) And I promise I am not restricting my self. Im eating as much as I care for. I think I need to just stock up on a larger variety...eating 2-3 fruits all day gets a little boring and I loose some of my appetite. (can't wait for watermelon season!) I'll should for over 2000 tomorow and see if I feel any better. Thanks for the comments :D

def need to eat more calories, fatigue is a common symptom of not eating enough fruit. making banana/berry smoothies is a good way to consume more fruit more easily. keep at it, you're on the right track :)
