Day 7 is here. This is becoming more and more natural as the time passes. And not to mention it was no where near as difficult as I suspected it would be :D
Im starting to have some new doubts. But they aren't about raw....they are about some of the cooked foods I chose to include in my diet... I stated before that I thought beans,brown rice, and steamed vegetables were healthy..and benifitial to have in my diet...but the last few days the beans have made me feel awful...and Im thinking maybe they aren't as healthy as I believed them to be. At this point..I believe I can eliminate them from my diet safely..and I think thats what I am going to do. Anywhoo....those are my thoughts..and this is what I have eaten today.
---Breakfast - 3 D'anjou pears (I felt some serious indegestion from eating these...after this batch I don't think I am going to buy any more) and 1 banana
Mid morning(10:00) -2 large bananas blended with 1 large orange..Yum
Lunch - Brown rice(150 cals) , 1 Large banana
1:00- 1 Large orange and 1 pear
7:00 - 3 bananas
7:30 - A few forksfull of avacado....for somereason I just can't seem to eat this...Hopefully I will aquire the taste over time because I dont really like nuts. - 2 Bananas
