30 Bananas a Day!

7 Months Raw - Day 7 - 1 week complete! - And eliminating beans from my diet -

Day 7 is here. This is becoming more and more natural as the time passes. And not to mention it was no where near as difficult as I suspected it would be :D

Im starting to have some new doubts. But they aren't about raw....they are about some of the cooked foods I chose to include in my diet... I stated before that I thought beans,brown rice, and steamed vegetables were healthy..and benifitial to have in my diet...but the last few days the beans have made me feel awful...and Im thinking maybe they aren't as healthy as I believed them to be. At this point..I believe I can eliminate them from my diet safely..and I think thats what I am going to do. Anywhoo....those are my thoughts..and this is what I have eaten today.

---Breakfast - 3 D'anjou pears (I felt some serious indegestion from eating these...after this batch I don't think I am going to buy any more) and 1 banana

Mid morning(10:00) -2 large bananas blended with 1 large orange..Yum

Lunch - Brown rice(150 cals) , 1 Large banana

1:00- 1 Large orange and 1 pear

7:00 - 3 bananas

7:30 - A few forksfull of avacado....for somereason I just can't seem to eat this...Hopefully I will aquire the taste over time because I dont really like nuts. - 2 Bananas

never eating any fat would be unhealthy but getting 5-6% of your calories from fat by means of fruits and veggies that are low-fat, unlike an avocado or durian, that is perfectly healthy. Check out nutridiary.com It's free and will help you track your calories and ratios and you'll soon learn what fruits and veggies have in them for fat and protein and calorically. It gets way easy as you go along.

I wasn't very hungry yesterday so that was all I could handle. Ill try to get closer to 2000 today, No I haven't been able to get ahold of DrGrahams book but I will order it in a week or two.

Personally I don't think that never eating any fat is very healthy...At least not for me :)

Maybe 1400 calories, is that enough for you? Have you read the book, The 80/10/10 Diet? It's very much essential to get all the details and for fine tuning this diet which can save your life. You don't need to eat avocado or nuts on this diet, lots of people do no overt fats.

I never thought I would even consider this..but there may come a point in time when I am 100% LFRV. :D
