Today, no more excuses.
I used Cron-o-meter... and it was quite strange.
I was shocked I reached 2500 Kcal.
I managed to get 86% carbs -4% protein-10% fat.
Here it is what I had :
*5 bananas and 16 dates
*persimmon+banana+ grapes (very delicious!)
*5 kiwis + 2 big apples + 20 raw filberts+a small piece of coconut (yum!)
*figs, prunes soaked
*leafy greens+ apple+1/2 avocado + lemon juice
I had energy to walk for an hour and to dance for one more hour.
