I was looking though the Tough Mudder website and got all intimidated. This 14 months is going to fly by, so I need to make the most of it.
Food for the day:
1.5 Liters Banana/Carob Smoothie
Salad of 1 Large Pineapple, 1 Romaine Heart, and 1/2 Large English Cucumuber
6 White Nectarines
Mango/Tomato/Celery Soup (still working on this...)
Approximately 2400 calories, if I can eat it all
Water:
About 2 liters
Activity:
Low Impact Challenge DVD, Express Workout #4, approximately 32 minutes
Bicycle commute to work, 35 minutes round-trip
Sleep:
10:30 - 4:30, 6 hours
Immediate Goals:
More Sleep, although this is something I've been working on for a long time and it hasn't improved yet
Even more water
