I have been eating Raw for 2-3 weeks. I am not fond of exercising, I was in the summer more with my mountain bike but now I have just the treadmill with winter here in Alberta, Canada. So I'm just not feeling working out everyday. I do workout once a week not very long but just to keep it kind of consistent for me. I tend to be a perfectionist with everything so sometimes if I can't do it like a pro I have a tenendecy to not try at all. So needless to say that's why I go at least once a week to keep me a bit interested in exercise. I usually feel quite tired and fatigued and I get sore easily so I feel like that really gets me down on exercising. I was 169 6 weeks ago and then a week ago 159 pounds and now I'm 162.5 pounds today so I'm getting a bit stressed because I lost 10 pounds and now it's creeping back but I want it to go the other way! So if anyone has some positive insight and helpful idea's I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
