Well at this point time is just passing by and the thing i struggle the most with is exercises because i easily get bored of what i have available, but it's getting better, i'm still ever so slowly dropping that extra weight i put on in the beginning (i don's have a scale so when i say weight i mean what i see/clothes) and....my feet grew in size huh?! o.o i though i was going crazy but my shoes all confirm it, used to be a 38 i'm now a 39 thank god i had the habit of buying shoes bigger than my actual size...i hope i grow taller then haha by the way has anyone in their early 20's coming to this lifestyle experienced this?
(Maybe someone already mentioned this somewhere, but here goes)
Also there is something that I've noticed with my cravings that i thought i'd share because it might actually help someone. So basically for a few months i would experience cravings and that was an issue that i somewhat solved. Usually the problem is not enough calories so increasing calories is the most common and effective solution and should always be the 1st step, if in a few days the cravings don't resolve and you feel you can't eat anymore, try increasing you greens/lettuce intake for a few days and see if that solves the problem if not then try eating a bit of, 1/4 to 1/2 of a small avo for few days and see if that solves the problem. I usually use this to address any cravings and now i kind of automatically either crave more fruits/greens or avo and usually i maintain my ratios 90/5/5 but fat tends to be lower than 5% and maybe that's why my body sometimes wants just a tad more ;).
P.S: Feel free to add me people :)
