If you haven’t been thinking of starting a morning yoga routine, or have been slack in your practice; this list should get ya fired up and ready to dive into one!
1. Yoga is an efficient exercise. Yoga can be a more complete workout in the morning than most think. It is easy for a yoga practice to utilize every major muscle in your body. It is a good way to prepare mentally for the coming day. Often times I go into my yoga practice unfocused, and finish knowing exactly what I need to do next, and how to accomplish it.
