30 Bananas a Day!

I have had bananas for 3 days and lost 10 lbs. What the hell?

Day before yesterday I had 5566 calories. How is this happening?

I am not hungry. I am eating constantly. It is the most amazing, gluttonous feeling evAr.

Eat and eat and eat and eat.

And when I get tired of eating.....I eat more.

This might be the best kept secret in human history.

Sarah Beth - I'm sure the Rodney Yee tape is good - just do what you can and remember that the relaxation is the most important part.

@spekgirl- my biggest days was 43, that is where I got the 5566. I hope you eat bananas until you would barf eating a SAD meal. That has worked for me.

@Holi- No, my tummy has been great. Every other time I have tried 811 i have had issues with gas and the runs...but bananas are effortless. Yes, I was eating a NON VEGAN SAD diet and just decided to do banana island. Unfortunately I will be getting off tomorrow because I had no idea the the big ass pile of bananas I bought would not last me. :)

@Peter- I have Rodney Yees AM PM yoga, is that a good place to start?

@Oksana- Hell no! I eat, and then sometimes I eat more. That is my weight loss plan. :)

@ Jasmin- I am off to buy a citrus juicer today. For some reason the idea sitting down to a gallon of orange juice makes me very happy.

@Karmyn- Haha, I certainly hope it is water weight because it is physically impossible to lose anything else in that amount of time. Thanks for stopping by. :)

You most likely lost water weight thanks to the high potassium content in the bananas as well as the low sodium content.

Here's a suggestion for exercise - try some gentle yoga. Maybe you can find a video in the library or take a class. Just do what you can. Doing the breathing and relaxation alone will help.

maybe some yoga? stick with something light on the body at first....short, light walks if you can...or just some simple stretches. Take it really easy at first though. Build slowly. Exercise videos are good if you can...even if you just do a little bit of one.

Did you feel nausea/ bloating or such when you first started eating bananas? And did you go straight from SAD to bananas only ?

@Jasmin- Who knew it was a GOOD thing. EAT EAT EAT....and then eat some more!

@Shannon- no I am not. I should be but I am so overweight I do not know where to start. I was walking some but honestly it causes pain in my knees. I am basically a thin person hiking with an 80lb pack. I just cant tolerate much. Do you have any suggestions?
