So over the past week I did the 100% raw challenge,
I mostly are grapes & bananas, with lots of salad in the evening :)
Anyway, literately got through 10k of grapes in approx 3 days! The final eve my boyfriend made some veg soup, which was really lovely actually, but today I am defo feeling it in my digestion and my skin has got all rough again. So I'm going to go for it and do a 30 day challenge!
Mainly on bananas and salad I think, but the grapes were so so great, I'm going to have to get some more of them! I have just made friends with my local wholesalers :) Not organic, witch is a shame, I'm currently working on getting more commissions so I can get more organic fruit.
I could probably live on grapes ;) I love them, I used to polish off the whole bunch when I was little and now I know why! :D
I will post up some pix of my progress soon, I should have taken some pix of my skin yesterday before I ate that cooked food, I will post some of what it looked like last week and then I will post some of what they look like at the end of this week, hopefully I will experience the same results of bananas as I do on grapes.
I am also going to start getting back on my re-bounder in the morning, as I found that really made a difference. Started taking cold showers too, to help with my circulation.
