Last week it was my mums birthday, and I was in-charge of making all the food for the guests.
It was all cooked food mainly, with some hummus, finger-food such as guacamole, crisps, nuts dried fruit, cheese and pickles and even a few sausages. I did relapse, but not massively, although I am feeling it now.
I smoked a few joints, I had some guacamole that was loaded with salt, I also has some avocado chocolate cake with cocoa in it, and was awake until 4 in the morning.
What was odd, and quite a pisser is that my acne retreated, probably because I was busy toxing, rather than de-toxing, I turned into a flabby mess a few days later, it's slowly going down again now.
I am looking on the positive recently, a few days before doing all that toxing I was eating some really good quality bananas, getting in 1.2kg twice a day and then having a big salad at dinner time and I was feeling the best ever. I stabled myself out.
My mood-swings seem to be getting a lot better, I watched durianriders video about how to become the toughest version of yourself without steroids, it was advice for blokes, but it really hit home with me, that any partner that I was with would want to be with me for who I was not what I look like.
My acne has since got really rough and horrible, it's to be expected, I haven't even started this journey properly yet, just getting the basics like sugar sleep water down first. I am currently putting in place a plan to make sure I have enough money for all the food I need, then when I have sufficient money for sufficient calories, I'll start training harder (I'm not doing ANYTHING at the moment because I'm too scared I'll be hitting a calorie deficit)
Recently been doing the 1 week diet challenge of all raw, I'm going to be doing it once a month, I'm cutting out all cooked starchy food except maybe a sweet potato occasionally as it's getting colder here.
Also downloading chronometer for the phone today, and buying some scales to bring down to Manchester with me so I'm not guessing my calories.
Yesterday I had 2.4kg of bananas smoothie (Weighed the fruit not the water don't worry, not a total noob)
And large green salad in the eve, well aware this was probably under 2500!
On-wards and upwards.
