I started with 80-10-10 end of december2013.
The first two weeks only raw. Fruits whenever i wanted, as much as i wanted and a big salat for dinner.
I felt good and it was incredible.
NewYearsEve... cooked food and wine. Bad decision.
After that i had cooked food every evening.
Since that i feel more bloated and heavy.
Yesterday i went back to 100% RAW. Yesterday was great, but not enough food, i felt hungry.
Today woke up with no energy, tired and depressed.
Today for dinner, i was so hungry after my salat, that i ate cooked food - potato gnocchi... Very unhealthy stuff.
Now i feel frustrated.
Is Doug Graham right?
Should we eat Salat for Dinner?
Should i just stay with fruit?
I found a lot of articles here from people who just gained weight.
WHO has lost weight and how did they do it?
I need more success stories, beside freelee and durian who are both super fit.
Guys, how can i stay motivated?
What should i do now?

Im training for a marathon now and i have decided i will now run 6 days a week and do weight training 3 times a week.
Do you think this is enough?
