I'm experiencing fruit sensitivities or allergies, not sure which. I've never had any problems with any food before. I'm now getting red blotches on my face and neck and I feel like I'm on fire. Also, I become really light headed when I eat most fruits. I thought it might be from fruit that wasn't organic so I only buy organic and still the same issues. Apple's, oranges, grapes, pears, cherries, grapefruit, pineapple etc. I noticed that dehydrated kale had the same effect. Bananas…Continue
Finally, I'm mentally prepared and it's working. It's crazy because I never thought I'd actually be able to. It seemed impossible to me. Now, for some reason it feels easy. I eat and eat and eat fruit and I don't crave all the other crap.. I'm excited to see if I will continue and I'm confident that I will.
I thought I would be able to do this easily, but I don't think I'm mentally ready yet. I love food so this is hard. I know it's the best way to eat and all that but for me eating the fruit becomes a chore after a while. I know everyone is going to say that I'm not eating enough or whatever. Please tell me that I'm not the only one here struggling and failing miserably. How do you guys do it? I know you have to eat a lot but after awhile I don't even want to look at fruit.
I had to work today so when I got there I had 2 bananas right away and a 24oz cup of water. A few hours later I blended 4 bananas and some water and drank that. Then about 4 hours after that I had another 4 blended bananas. During all this I continuosly drank water. I don't know if I overdid it for a beginner but I had horrible stomach pains.
