It's been two weeks since I last tied my favorite shoes and ran. Because I couldn't. I had overburdened my right metatarsal (front part of the foot) and as a result it felt sore and prevented me from any training that incorparated feet and the second week I could go to taekwondo classes but I am wearing special shoes and my inlays now.
