On again off again.

For sure I can't keep up with the money, days where I am ravenous followed by days where I am soaring high, and all the shifts in awareness and huge shift in spirituality.  It would seem that when I am on fruit, its the only thing that matters. 811 with cooked low fat foods.

I am trying to figure out what to eat.  I think after your brain knows 100 % raw, its gonna make it hard for you to go back to cooked food to thrive.  So my idea is that I would have a thousand calories of fruit for breakfast, potatoes for lunch with a bit of fruit and a salad for dinner.  If I eat this way, how many calories do I need? Is it really that important to be constantly peeing and is the weight going to drop eventually as it would with fruit?  I can't go back to disordered…

No more obesity!

I had to stop, the weight gain kept going and I went from cut to blimp in a short period of time.  It is hard to get motivated to work out when you are that big.  I feel for people, as my hips even had to spread out to balance the extra.  I still want fruit, but the water weight has to be balanced I feel, with coffee or diuretics.  I can't bust my ass in the gym and not see any results in months and stay motivated, when I know I could be comfy in my body if I chill out on the fruit. I'm ready to get fat on fruit.

I used to have an energy drink for breakfast, put make up on, take a walk with my daughter in the stroller.  Then we would go to the gym.  Then I would eat about 500 calories???? eh, have another energy drink, go for another walk.  Eat some more, not much maybe five hundred calories but honestly that sounds high.  We would go back to the gym and I'd be done for the night.  I would have to take a sleeping pill because the only thing I drank was energy drinks and diet soda at night.  And I ate…

Thank you guys for having me.  I am so proud that "kids" have become the catalyst for this shift.  Thirty somethings are creating the platform for anyone who falls upon this info, to be supported in their journey to having the best possible human experience.  This is the future.  Thank you Durian and Freelee for having the balls to lead!!
