Woke and had two glasses of water before 30 minute run
Got back from run and had another 3 glasses of water.
Breakfast: 1/2 rockmelon smoothie
2nd breakfast (2 hours later)
4 x banana smoothie with 2 x celery sticks
4 x banana smoothie with spinach / water and ice
