10 pitted dates (i used the smaller khadwary variety) (300 cals)
4 cups of fresh orange juice (hamlin oranges are the best and most sweet in north america) (a little over 400 cals)
1 16oz bag frozen defrosted pineapple (about 100+ cals)
blend everything together and be transformed!

Sherwood Orchards is selling the last of this years persimmon crop for $1.50/lb tomorrow morning at 10am. They say that they might sell out real fast so get there at 10 to be able to get some. This is a picture of about 2-3 days worth of fruit for me, plus dates in the fridge. The persimmons are local!! The oranges are Cara Cara variety and are super sweet with pink juice! I love fruit!
I am kinda obsessed with this salad right now. I dont know why but I cant get enough. It is even better if you make it in the morning and eat it later after it marinates in the fridge a bit.

I tried going 100% 811rv a few years back and failed miserably. I have been vegan since I was 19 (27 now) but since I am a chef, have really struggled with raw cause there is always so much creative interesting vegan food around me.
