Just wanted to let everyone know I am doing great and to thank you for all your help for getting me here!

May 9th will be 2 months 811! I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone here for all thier support and help, I couldn't have done it without you!

I am doing great! I have released 12lbs so far. I look and feel better. People are starting to comment on how healthy I look. I have not fallen off the "shakey wagon" at all in the last 3 weeks or so. I am getting around 2000- 2800 calories a day and that is working for me right now. My Rant for the day!

I am not finding this easy. I tend to eat around 1800 -- 2000 calories a day. I am trying to get more! I have started doing a curcuit weight training workout, full body, every other day. Yesterday I didn't eat enough and had some cooked veggies at the end of the day. I don't feel too bad eating the cooked veggies, at least it wasnt' pizza!

Ok, so I am not perfect, but I am human! Today is 1 month for me!

Ok, so last night I was at my grandsons 1st birthday party. I ate before I went, but it was a hectic day and I didn't eat enough and I was starving. I was eating all the veggies in the veggie tray, but I was still hungry! Well, they brought out the pizza and that was it, I had 2 slices, then I had some nacho chips and dip, and a piece of cake and ice cream! So, bad! Let me tell you, I paid for it big time! Things are going great!

I am fianally getting the hang of eating lfrv! The last 2 days I have been eating mono, and just fruit. I have not had much gas or bloating like I did a few days ago. I have been getting close to 2000 calories a day, which is a big improvment for me. I think I am going to try adding in a very small amount of greens today and see what happens. I am also getting more exercise, and my body is a little sore, but it feels great!

Didn't have a great day yesterday, but I'm doing ok now!

Well, I think I have discovered that I can't have green smoothies. I had one yesterday and paid for it dearly. I was gassy, bloated and got diarareha. This morning I only drank water until my stomache settled, then I had 4 bananas. Then I did a workout, drank water, then had 4 more bananas. I think I will visit banana island today, if all goes well, then maybe a coulple more days if I can find some ripe bananas. My stomache is settled now and I feel a whole lot better. Things are getting better!

After a pretty rough start, I am finally getting the hang of eating properly. I felt fantastic today! I can't remember when I felt so good, clear headed, happy even! My house is clean, I have been letting things slide lately, but today, I started spring cleaning! I had the windows open and let some fresh air into the house! Hopefully tomorrow will be just as good. I plan on starting to exercise, maybe yoga to start with.
