A big accomplishment!

So yesterday after training for years, hard work and dedication I finally got my black belt in Martial Arts! This diet is super amazing for health. I have seen myself become more flexible, more focused, stronger, and an all around better athlete. Today I am very sore from my black belt test it was really intense, but it was all worth it. I have to go, I'm about to indulge in some Durian!!!

So I tried my first Durian today............

AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just wondering if it's bad to eat the whole thing, since it's so high in fat. I have had about 1/4 of it and it is so yummy!

Have I had enough fruit today so far???

Breakfast- 1 large mango
Lunch- 4 banana, 115 grams of dates smoothie
So have I had a good amount? I plan on having some kind of veggie dish for dinner, is this a good amount of calories? I'm still new to this, and I have a hard time eating a lot in one sitting.

Thank you Freelee and Durianrider

Before I found 30bad I was anorexic, bullimic, over exercised, horribly miserable, and tired 24/7. I was a train wreck, but anorexia took over. I only ate up to 500 calories a day, and I usually didn't have any carbs. I was killing myself. I am in Mixed Martial Arts, and my performance suffered greatly. I lost strength, and balance. Food Log

Breakfast- 4.5 cups of grapes
Lunch- 1 Zucchini and 1 Yellow squash pasta, with sauce from half a tomato, half a mango, half a red pepper, half a head of corn, and 2 medjool dates
Dinner- 15 dates, 1 extra small banana, and a cup of spinach

Exercise- Competitive Soccer game, going to lift weights for an hour and maybe run 5k.

Did I eat enough calories today?

Breakfast- 10 medjool dates
Lunch- 3 navel oranges, 5 valencia oranges
Dinner- 10 medjool date dateorade
Exercise- None, rest day, did intense 1000 cal. burn workout yesterday, I might go for a little 3 mile run later though. I'll also probably have some salad In a bit. So am I eating a good amount of calories?
