Day 16

I am feeling a bit down in the dumps today. I went on a 5 mile run this morning, which was awesome! But to be completely honest... I am getting kind of sick of fruit :(. I just can't eat enough meet my calorie requirements. I miss being able to go out and eat food with people. I am just not liking this lifestyle today. If anyone has words of encouragement to help me along, it would be much appreciated.

Hello!

Here's what I ate today:

  • Sleep: 10 hours
  • Water: 1 Litre for breakfast. 1 Litre throughout the day

Day 11- Farmers Market

Good morning everyone,

sorry I skipped yesterday. Now that I am doing the Banana Girl challenge on FB it is hard to maintain 2 blogs. However I really want to keep this one going since this will be my long term journal of my progress.

I am really working hard to get more water into my day. I woke up this morning and had just about 1 litre of water before breakfast. I'm having a half litre for lunch. And I'll have another half litre for dinner.

Day 9- Flight home

Ughhh wish I didn't eat all that oil last night! First of all, I got my period today, and a part of my thinks that it came on because of my change in diet yesterday (I don't really know if that can affect your cycle though). The good news is that I made it through the day without a single cramp! And that is a huge deal for me, because I have been on birth control for the past 4 years to try to alleviate my pms pain.

Day 8- NYC!

Hello hello!

Well, I broke down and weighed myself today. I do not own a scale, but my parents have one at their house and I was really interested to see how much I weighed. Just as some background- Over the winter I got to my heaviest at 160, and before that when I was on the HCG diet I got down to 140 and that was the best I've looked in my life. Day 7- Kickbutt Run!

Woke up this morning, had a big cup of OJ- then went on a run! I went with my friend Alison, and we did the same 4.5 miles that I did yesterday. It was awesome- we were averaging 11 min/mile, which for me is really good, and we sprinted up hills. I ran the last 2 miles barefoot too, which always feels awesome. Now I need to make sure that I get in more calories today. I probably should shoot for 2500-3000 calories today.

Day 6- Walk Running

Morning!

Well I woke up in the morning, made myself some OJ, and then decided to take the pup out for a 4.5 mile run. This was a bad idea, because she had spent all morning running around with the other 2 dogs at home and she was completely burnt out. Half way though, she literally passed out underneath a tree. Hello all!

Last night, little miss Sophie kept me up ALL night scratching at the door and whining. I did not sleep at all. Day 4- Travel Day

Greetings!

Today my puppy and I travelled back home to New Jersey to visit my family. It was a very good travel day! I started the day with a big ol' glass of OJ (6.5 oranges), and then followed it with a few bananas. I brought some bananas and watermelon juice for the road. Hey everyone!

Today felt like such a long day. No running this morning, but I did bike to my garden and do some weeding. I'm not really sure how I feel about the way I ate today. Good Morning all!

Well this morning started out great! I woke up at 7:30, after a good 8 hours of sleep, drank 8 oz of coconut water, then went for a 5 mile run- with speed intervals!
