I have been vegan since 22nd February and my hair has started to fall out! I follow the Raw Till 4 Lifestyle and I eat between 2000 to 3000 calories per day. I track my food on cromometer and I don't think I am deficient in anything. Also, I take a vitamin D and Vitamin B Complex supplement every morning. Has anyone had any experience with hair loss on this diet and how can I resolve it?
