Halloo people! Just curious if anyone can tell me...where you think is the best place (cost and fruit wise) to live for a raw vegan/fruitarian? Hey guys. I have had to go back to eating high carb raw vegan after trying starch solution for a third time. I might try eating cooked carbs at night in small amounts...idk. But I run into problems with cooked starches, like rice, potatoes, and pasta. They really !@#$ with my digestion. Hello! I am just wondering if anybody has an opinion on canned Ackee? I have seen it at Wal Mart, but it was a reputable brand, can't remember which one though...I know canned fruit isn't optimal, but I am so curious to try it! Does anyone know if this is dangerous? Has anyone tried it?

I know I have posted a couple times about this already, but I am in some serious trouble. I CANNOT go to the bathroom. My stomach is so full after lunch and breakfast that I look 9 months pregnant. Hello fruitties! I have been nomin' on delicious medjool dates a lot. I bought a case at the grocery store :) This case was 24 lbs of deliciousness! Anyways, sometimes I end up eating a date that tastes like ****. Not too often. But they will literally taste like dirt. But really gross dirt...if that makes sense. Anyone know why? Hi all, I have a problem with who I live with. My sister who is 2 years younger than me keeps stealing my food. I am a poor student and don't have the finances to buy her stuff. She is exceptionally ungrateful for one thing. She has a long history of theft as well, and lying. Hi there everyone! I have been getting amazing advice from y'all so far so I have come again to ask for help. I have been following rawtill4 since July 26th 2014. Most days I am fully raw, and some days I eat rice (most common), gluten free pasta, or potatoes. I always eat lots of greens, but of course mainly fruit. I have found whenever I eat dates and apples together I get bad stomach pain. I thought this was weird because it is such a highly recommended combination by raw foodists. Anyone else have this problem?

I have been HCLF vegan since July 26th 2014. I run 5-6 days a week for 30-40 mins each time. I get about 6 hours of sleep a night.
I am eating a good amount of fruit and carbs:
Run on empty after drinking water when I wake up. Then...
Breakfast: 8-10 banana smoothie with 2 tbsp coconut sugar (sometimes with berries as well)
So I quit recording my food on here because I'm feeling pretty good lately. And when I do need help I always find very good advice on the RawTill4 FB page as well! I am following all the guidelines so I feel great! On fire with energy! I'd like to thank my 8 banana smoothie in the morning for starting me off with a bang everyday:)

Wake up- 1 litre water
Run- 34 minutes
Bfast- 6 banana, 4.5 oz spinach, 2 tbsp coconut sugar smoothie!
Snack- 4 bananas
1.5 litres water
Lunch- 2 mangoes, 1/3 of a pineapple
1 litre water
Dinner- Romaine salad with cucumber, orange and yellow pepper, tomato, green onion, and hemp lemon dressing. 3.5 potatoes and carrots (boiled). Pumpkin curry again! with 2 cups of rice
2 litres of water
Wake up- 1 litre water
Bfast- 6 banana smoothie with 2 tbsp coconut sugar
Snack- 14 dates
2 litre water
Lunch- 2 mangoes, 1 orange
1 litre water
Dinner- More pumpkin curry with fresh zucchini, peas and onion) and 2.5 cups rice, large romaine salad with orange and yellow pepper, tomatoes, red onion. Dressing for salad was 1/2 can tomato paste mixed with juice of one lemon
