I've decided that the whole transitioning thing doesn't work very well. When I do eat any fat or extra salt and anything cooked- even low fat- my body seems to inflate like a blimp. I'm a little depressed about it because I want so badly to not fail at this and it seems that my disordered eating habits (binging/purging then heavily restricting) are amplified by this life style.
