99 out of 100 on my Health assessment ... laaaame

Shoulda got 100!

I had to take a health assessment for insurance purposes at work. They docked me a point for having too low HDL cholesterol and for not eating "enough grains."

I'm debating telling them the dangers of eating grains and pointing out to them that "low" HDL is not bad unless you have high LDL (at least that's how I understand it).

And they don't even check for the important stuff like Vit. D and B-12. Oh well, the rest of the world will come around…

Amazing company, just had to share...

Awesome website, very informative and inspiring. Includes info about biodynamic farming, sprouting, and nutrient dense foods. (note: they do have some info not related to 80-10-10 though)

They grow sprouts for me all year long, even in the dead of winter, and they are only a short distance away! Of course they offer products you can order too.

Is it okay to get more than 1000% Vitamin A per day every day?

Everything I read says that too much Vitamin A is toxic? No matter what the source is. Although, some articles mention that toxicity usually results from too much in supplement form.
I use Cronometer every day, and everyday it says I get wayyyy too much. Am I in danger?

My new fav: Capsicum & Peaches! OMG Yummm

I blended the Capsicum (red pepper) first 'till it was chunky then added the Peaches (Nectarines work too), ends up like the consistency of salsa. (chopping in a food processor would probably work better, but I don't have one yet)
Equal parts of each, or more or less, it's good no matter what :)

Just thought I'd share :0 I'm eating it now mmmmm!
