This morning's breakfast:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
pineapple flavoured coconut water (filled the blender about half way)
coconut sugar (i think i put in about 3 tablespoons)
blended all up!

ok so for my birthday coming up (in September!!) I've decided to ask my family for a veggie spiralizer! I've been looking everywhere for one and finally found it. but it's $50 and i don't really have that lying around. i thought it'd be the perfect gift :)

Well sadly i fell off the wagon a bit a week ago when my sister came home from camp. i didn't eat at home the whole week she was here. i did the best i could but... anyway any reason i could say is just an excuse so.. moving on!

Well I made a smoothie this morning to take to work for lunch.. and it was so awesome!
no one looked at me funny and i actually had a co-worker say it looked yummy :)
my smoothie was 1 cucumber, 2 bananas (1 frozen), an ataulfo mango, and a squeeze of lemon juice, and water. i feel that i should have put more bananas into it or mango because it was fairly watery due to the cucumber. perhaps 1/2 an avocado would have been great. i should actually get some spinach too.. that…Continue
