I couldn't understand why for the past week I was craving rice and pasta like crazy! I was getting a minimum of 2600 calories a day, and still desperately wanting anything starchy with tomatoe sauce. I was so excited I immediately started reading it and have completed all the chapters and am working through the appendixes. I am pretty satisfied with myself right now for having made some confirmations that are serving me well. The first one being that I have to stop putting up parameters and being obsessive about them. So I just decided to journal what my thoughts are as I am going throught this process of adjusting my diet and lifestyle, simply to keep track of changes and realizations that take place along the way.
