Alright cool time to conquer day 6 out of my 30 day challenge. I don't want to stop after 30 days but it is just a number to shoot for I guess... Yesterday during practice I was feeling really dizzy. Thought I might faint. I'm sure it was because I am not eating enough. Man it takes SOOO long to eat 3k calories...

At the end of day four I caved, I ae cooked food. I feel bloated and like crap. I'm going to pick it up where I left off tomorrow morning. I think I'll never get it right.

Aight had a good breakfast but kept it small because I'm going to exercise and didn't have time to eat a normal one. I also forgot to bring fruit and it's a hour drive home.... I hope that doesn't turn out to be a mistake. Promised myself atleast a month (ofcourse I WANT to stay 100% forever) but I gotta keep my goals realistic? For now
