Im looking to do the insanity workout, but id like a little more info on it first, so please let me know what you though, what you did, what the workouts are like.....whether i should get it?

I was reading a girls glossy mag fron a few month ago and there was a spead of a body builder mum. I was reading it and she said that she is a vegan and is completly natrual!
I was so chuffed that the mag did an article on a vegan athelete, she was a great model of vegany goodness!
now someone just needs to tell her about LFRV!!
When i ate more salad and less fruit i was pretty alkaline (using pee sticks) and since i have been eating more fruit, in the last couple of days my body has rapidly become acidic.
Im not even eating acidic fruit.
should i up the greens and slow down the fruit...or just wait?
