Yikes, I got my blood drawn today and am a bit unhappy with the results. I was all raw for three weeks and have been high carb, low fat raw until 4 for the past five weeks. So all in all I have been doing this for about two months.
Typically, on a vegetarian, mostly vegan, high raw diet over the past several years I have had ideal lipids, triglycerides, and inflammatory markers. I am relatively thin.

Is it necessary to space meals 4-5 hours apart on this lifestyle as I have read on other raw vegan sites to help avoid triggering cortisol production? Or does this work itself out over time as the body adapts?
I will be starting this lifestyle in four days! I have started a chronometer account, have a water filter, have a juicer, have a blender, and will visit the wholesale department of my local farmer's market on Saturday. I plan to have the following each day:

32oz-64oz fresh juice for breakfast
