Today I finally hit 3,100 calories! Yay! Lots of bananas and apples for breakfast and lunch then I made tons of Potato wedges for dinner. The old me is thinking I'm a cow but I know this is exactly what I should be doing to succeed in this lifestyle.
But can anyone share with me how long it took their digestion to improve after starting this lifestyle?
