Today I was on Cronometer for the first time and I noticed how low my fat intake has been.
I don't really want to eat nuts and seeds because, well, they don't taste like much to me. In fact, I've only ever liked them when combined with copious amounts of sugar and/or other ingredients.
Are exclusively low fat fruits and vegetable enough? Can my diet be too low in fat?
So I'm considering doing a six week study aboard post session this summer in Quito, Ecuador. Anyone know the scoop on the local fruit? I know they grow bananas in ecuador...
...My host family would get such a kick out of me XD.
I love grapes.
They are sweet, hydrating, and flavorful.
However...since I've been HCRV, I can barely eat them.
Every time I eat even a small amount of grapes (like 50 or more) I get a terrible belly ache.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? How did you "solve" it?

It would be awesome to connect with other college students who have the courage to take their health into their own hands and defy the status quo. Please add be on 30BAD and/or Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/beeler3.…Continue
