Hi all, my family and I have been doing RT4 since the start of October, and going well so far with occasional divergence for eating out: though we have found many places willing to accommodate this lifestyle also. Prior to going RT4 we were standard vegan for 4 1/2 years. Soooo, I just realized that I have candida. :(
I have amalgam filings and was looking into having them removed and that is when I found they are contributing to candida and realized I had almost all the symptoms for it.
I am VERY flustered at the moment because I can't find any clear lists of what vegans should eat for meals, especially for breakfast since it seems I cannot eat any fruit. It seems I am limited to leafy greens and vegetables.

I took one of freelees smoothie recipes and it tastes awesome, although i don't have the stevia drops i did add chia seeds, yes it came out thick but whats wrong with feeling full. My other half is feeling better this morning although he just all of a sudden wanted to know what i was making. He makes me laugh. I'm just glad my morning is starting out positive

Although I'm glad to be getting up sooner than my sister and significant other, i still feel terribly tiered. I checked my weight still 135 no change within the week. I decided to keep everything I had before I made the switch to a vegan lifestyle. I’m keeping my cow skin belt, I’m keeping my cow skin bag, and I’m keeping everything woolen I own (which is a lot).

I have been having some trouble falling alseep. I am finding myself going to bed when the sun comes up and am not sure how to rectify the situation. I'm certain some of it has to do with the fact that I'm break from school until the new semester starts, but eesh. Even on days I workout I just feel wired. I think I need to eat more fruit/veggies during the "day" and hopefully that will help me from not eating anything with too much sugar at night. Curious to see how this plays out.
So I plugged my intake in for today -- nine bananas, two mangos, three figs, two oranges, 20oz fresh pineapple, 10oz fresh watermelon, three cups of cooked millet (admittedly salted - and oversalted, at that), a handful of grape tomatoes, and one bunch steamed asparagus with fresh lemon juice.

So I just bought a whole bunch of ooey gooey good quality medjool dates, and they're so good! I've been drinking lots of dateorade lately, but I don't think I can eat them all soon enough, so I want to make some things with them..
