30 Bananas a Day!

Last night I had this dream about Freelee and Harley aka durianrider

All I know is I came to visit them and got so happy to be with them. Anyway I felt very ashamed for my weight gain (gained 36 pounds in reality) and decided to talk about my struggle with eating enough/fully raw these days (also a real fact). They both told me to eat more carbs -> 10g per kilogram of body weight, which I didn't find very helpful.

Then Harley ordered a huge box of dates and smaller one full of premium mangoes on top. He told me the mango-box was for me. At this…

Excessive Thirst - Hyponatremia, Drink less H20 or eat more Salt?

I am always thirsty, and have had this problem for quite a few years, And I drink SO much h20, you don't even know. It's not because I'm trying to be "healthy" or do what I'm supposed to do, it's just because I'm always thirsty, lol.

When I got a blood test recently, my Doc did say the Sodium was a little low or something like that, but said it could have been because of another reason, anyway....she wants me to do a follow up in a month…

recovery from IBS on HCLF/rawtill4

I've been accusing severe digestion and bloating problems since my early teens, I'm now approacing the twenties and have been recently diagnosed with IBS. I've been doing raw till 4 for some time though I'm now keen to do it properly (food diary etc) so I can keep track of my progress and calorie intake. I really count on this and believe hclf vegan lifestyle is THE lifestyle for long term health, on the other hand I'd like to know if anyone who has been on hclf and specifically…

VitB12 injections UK?

Hi Everyone.

I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has personal experience with vitB12 injections within the UK. Any tips? As far as I know the personal use without medical aid and prescription is not contemplated by the UK law, but this is all I know and by researching in the web I'm under the impression that you should be undergoing some kind of deficency to actually get the prescription. Can anyone share some infos or personal experiences on the matter? Also, eventual…

Can Water Fasting EVER be good or helpful in healing illness/issues?

Hey what's up fruit bats.

SO, up until now I never intended on doing a water fast, I understand that it is obviously seems like not such a good idea. And many people say that it did nothing but bad things for them (BUT, of these people who claimed its negative side effects usually did the fast with no particular illness or they just wanted to lose weight for cosmetic reasons.) But I have done some research, and I have found that there actually exist to be quite a few people…

New food blog/diary :)

Hi everyone :)

I think this is where I start my own diary/blog... Not very good at manouvring around new websites! Anyways I want to start my own area where I can write what I eat and everything. I know it's suggested that everyone use cronometer but calorie counting is addictive so I'd rather avoid that.

I'm 23 year old student living in Canberra and I have on/off been doing this lifestyle for a month but fell off the wagon because I wasn't eating enough and I got so…

Going from "understanding" to healing

Hi Friends!

In this video I talk about how EVERYONE goes through a period where they understand that there is something that need to change/be healed in their lives, and then moving through life experience to a place where they can say they feel healed :)

If you are feeling frustrated with yourself that you are not "better' yet, even though you understand your situation, this is for you.…

can Rt4 Cure my Hypothyroidism?

I haven't taken any synthroid or any of my hypothyroid meds in about 2 years, I feel energized from my fruit & it acts as an aliment for all my hypothyroid symptoms I haven't had my blood work done in years so I'm not sure how my hormone levels are, I was curious if rt4 has helped my thyroid gland repair itself and run efficiently again? what are your thoughts/experiences?

List of Shade & Cold tolerant plants (vegetables, herbs, flowers)

Greens (lettuce, cabbage, spinach) and root vegetables (beets, potatoes, turnips) are the best choices for shady gardens. To clarify, the greens and root vegetables perform better in full sun during the colder months, while they perform better in the shade during hot Summer months.

The Importance of Exercise

So for the past few months I have been in somewhat of a funk. Sure school is always a little stressful but I haven't had to work much this semester & my course load hasn't been overwhelming, so why am I feeling down? I cannot believe it took nearly 3 months for me to figure out that it's because I have not been exercising the way I used to! I used to hit the gym 3 times a week for pretty intense one hour super set sessions, 3 days a week I would go for 10-15 km runs, I also use to do…
