Last night I had this dream about Freelee and Harley aka durianrider

All I know is I came to visit them and got so happy to be with them. Anyway I felt very ashamed for my weight gain (gained 36 pounds in reality) and decided to talk about my struggle with eating enough/fully raw these days (also a real fact). They both told me to eat more carbs -> 10g per kilogram of body weight, which I didn't find very helpful.

Excessive Thirst - Hyponatremia, Drink less H20 or eat more Salt?

Hi,

So 

I am always thirsty, and have had this problem for quite a few years, And I drink SO much h20, you don't even know. It's not because I'm trying to be "healthy" or do what I'm supposed to do, it's just because I'm always thirsty, lol.

When I got a blood test recently, my Doc did say the Sodium was a little low or something like that, but said it could have been because of another reason, anyway....she wants me to do a follow up in a month…

did an experiment

so today i planned to go shopping with my aunt and cousin at tysons mall. I've only been there once and didn't know any vegan places to go to and decided to take some dates with me and just play the day by ear food wise. 

so for breakfast i had 5 dates - 332 cals 

gluten free pasta with tomato sauce and spinach for lunch - prob about 300/350 cals 

dinner was rice with spinach and celery - about 640 cals 

and then 3 cliff bars - 725

recovery from IBS on HCLF/rawtill4

Hi.

I've been accusing severe digestion and bloating problems since my early teens, I'm now approacing the twenties and have been recently diagnosed with IBS. VitB12 injections UK?

Hi Everyone.

feel like ill never be skinny again

while i am more comfortable with my body i want to be as thin as i was again. i miss being skinny and not being self conscious about my body, i used to have a hard flat stomach, and now i have a not toned wide stomach and i just feel huge. i don't want to do or work out as much as i did to get to that point, i want to do it the healthy way this time but its taking forever and i just want to be thin again

Can Water Fasting EVER be good or helpful in healing illness/issues?

can Rt4 Cure my Hypothyroidism?

I haven't taken any synthroid or any of my hypothyroid meds in about 2 years, I feel energized from my fruit & it acts as an aliment for all my hypothyroid symptoms I haven't had my blood work done in years so I'm not sure how my hormone levels are, I was curious if rt4 has helped my thyroid gland repair itself and run efficiently again? what are your thoughts/experiences?

List of Shade & Cold tolerant plants (vegetables, herbs, flowers)

Greens (lettuce, cabbage, spinach) and root vegetables (beets, potatoes, turnips) are the best choices for shady gardens. To clarify, the greens and root vegetables perform better in full sun during the colder months, while they perform better in the shade during hot Summer months.
