What a shocker; I've been gaining weight.
I really wasn't surprised about this considering the fact I was living on about 300 calories a day maximum for two years.
I do not know how much I weigh now, but I do know for a fact that I'm not a size double zero anymore. (A size double zero was too big for me for a long time)

I fell off of 80/10/10 - obviously. I gained a ton of weight, was eating crap food (not even vegan) and miserable. I'm still miserable, but less so. A1 dumbbell rows 5 x 12 reps w/ 115lbs
A2 weighted chin ups 5 x 8 reps w/ +10lbs
Taking more off days. I will soon enter a high volume training phase. I might attempt 10,000 swings in 10 days soon. Time will tell.

I`m on my 4 day on the wonderfull diet, off course I have seen a lot off freelee´s videos, and my diet is banana-abricot smoothies until dinner where I eat Whole wheat pasta. But I´m in doubt about I will gain all the benefits when I eat pasta, should I eat smoothies to dinner also?
I have gained weight but I can understand that is normal in the beginning.
I must say i'm proud of myself :)
Anyway I'm glad my weight gain stopped and if anything it has been going down slowly (painfully slowly if you ask me :b but...oh well it is what it is) I'm actually eating more, i'm at 3000 cal a day, feeling pretty goood and the cold is not affecting me that much. Do any of you banana girls get super hungry right before your monthly? So, I have been thinking that dating will be very hard with this lifestyle!
I don't think I will ever switch back, and I know a lot of people won't accept this way of life. Especially guys who have grown up eating a diet of steak and potatoes. I would only want to date someone who is at least a vegetarian, and even that is a rare bread to find!

Day 2 of eating 100% vegan. OH MY GOSH WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I feel so much energy! We closed a show tonight at my college, my friends brought chocolate, and I didn't want any of it because I carbed up earlier that day with a BMW smoothie (bananas, medjool dates, and water). Tonight we went out and I hadn't eaten since my giant smoothie, I didn't want to fall off the wagon so I ordered 3 baked potatoes with salsa. I am full and happy. Life is good.
